This program provides vouchers to assist with the cost of spaying or neutering cats and dogs, helping reduce pet overpopulation and ensuring more pets live healthier lives.

Who Qualifies?
This program is specifically designed for low-income individuals who live in Orange County that may need extra support to provide essential care for their pets. To qualify, applicants must meet strict income requirements and may need to provide proof of income as part of the application process. Orange County does not offer completely free spay and neuter programs. If you are eligible for our voucher program, please note that you will still need to cover some out-of-pocket expenses for the procedure. How to Apply
The application process is simple and confidential. Interested pet owners can fill out an application form online. Once submitted, our team will review the application and notify you of your eligibility for a spay/neuter voucher. If approved, you will be provided a link to sign up and submit a $50 deposit to secure your appointment.

Costs for approved applicants:

• All approved applicants are required to make a $50 Deposit at the time surgery is scheduled.
• Copayments (day of surgery) for dogs will vary.
• Copayments (day of surgery ) for cats will vary
• Brachycephalic cats and dogs, such as boxers, pugs, bulldogs, persian cats, himalayan or burmese cats will be charged additional fees for anesthesia.
• There will be additional charges for any complications (such as hernias, deciduous teeth removal, dew claw removal, etc.) or any other added procedures and care performed at the same time of surgery.
• Microchipping can be added on for an additional charge of $15
