HOW TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT

If there is any chance that your pet is pregnant, please do not schedule an appointment. WE DO NOT PERFORM ABORTIONS.

We do our surgeries at HEALING HEARTS EMERGENCY ANIMAL HOSPITAL which is located at 23501 Avenida De La Carlota, Laguna Hills, CA 92653.

Please call (657) 314-8758 if you have any questions.  DO NOT CALL HEALING HEARTS-they are a separate business and their staff will not be able to help you-they will remind you to call us.

1. Input your information and pet’s information through our booking software.

2. You will then submit a $50 deposit per pet to secure your appointment(s).

Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations are not made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. No-shows will automatically forfeit their deposit(s).

If we examine your pet the day of surgery and determine that it is not safe to move forward, we will refund half of your deposit (the other half will cover the exam fee).

3. Please allow our team 24-48 business hours to approve or decline your appointment request.

If your request is declined, we will let you know the reason via email or phone call.

4. You will get a confirmation email once your appointment is confirmed.

5. Drop-off and pickup times.

Cat drop-off: 7:00 am  (Cats MUST be in a size-appropriate, secure carrier. One cat per carrier. Hard carriers are preferred)

Dog drop-off: 7:45 am  (Dogs MUST be on leashes.)

You will receive a call or text when your pet is ready for pickup. If you do not receive a call/text, please arrive at 3:15 pm. Please note that the latest pickup time is 3:30 PM. After this time, a late fee of $25 for every 15 minutes will apply. (We will have to pay our staff overtime to stay later.) To avoid additional charges, please ensure timely pickup.
