HOW TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT

PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

If there is any chance that your pet is pregnant, please do not schedule an appointment. WE DO NOT PERFORM ABORTIONS. 

1. Input your information and pet’s information through our booking software.

2. You will then submit a $50 deposit per pet to secure your appointment(s).

Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations are not made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. No-shows will automatically forfeit their deposit(s).

3. Please allow our team 24-48 business hours to approve or decline your appointment request.

If your request is declined, we will contact you by phone to explain why.

4. You will get a confirmation email once your appointment is confirmed.

5. Drop-off and pickup times.

Cat drop-off: 7am

Dog drop-off: 7:45am

You will receive a call or text when your pet is ready for pickup. Please note that the latest pickup time is 3:30 PM. After this time, a late fee of $100 per hour will apply. (We will have to pay our staff overtime to stay later). To avoid additional charges, please ensure timely pickup.
